STAR WARS: Galactic Racer builds are four stacked choices, not one “best car” screenshot: a Racer Style (~14 publicly claimed; full official names incomplete), up to five Parts (watch Faults), an Ability (Shield, Autopilot, Ion Shot, Vent, Surge in recaps), and a Favor before the run. Tour upgrade points after heats are temporary. Credits, unlocked Styles / Favors, and some chassis growth can persist. STAR WARS: Galactic Racer from Fuse Games with Secret Mode. Out now October 6, 2026. Verified October 7, 2026 · Steam · official site.
This page will not invent the missing Style roster. Afterburner / Cooled / Ramjet Rider / Redliner / Firebug / Survivor are preview or review labels unless the HUD prints them. Chassis pick still lives on vehicles.

A STAR WARS: Galactic Racer builds kit is Style + Parts + Ability + Favor + this-Tour upgrade spend, sitting on one of four vehicles. Style is the “job”: starting traits, a likely starting Ability, and a bias toward Afterburner, cooling, Ramjet, or survival. It is not a fifth chassis. You pick it before the Tour starts, then Hibi mutates it between heats.

| Layer | When you pick it | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Chassis | Tour start / some later nodes | Physics: Drift, Kinetic Burst, Knife Edge, or pod set |
| Racer Style | Before the Tour (if unlocked) | Starting bias / trait / Ability seed |
| Favor | Before the run | Rule tweak for this Tour (Tokens, Credits, first-race Ability) |
| Parts | Paddock / race rewards | Up to five; synergy or Fault |
| Ability | Paddock / rewards | Active: Shield, Autopilot, Ion Shot, Vent, Surge |
| Tour upgrades | After heats (rank pays more points) | Temporary stats — gone when the Tour ends |
Launch-week play splits STAR WARS: Galactic Racer builds into two jobs. Speed: Ramjet duration and power first, Cornering second so high speed is not a wall, then enough Afterburner to cover Ramjet cooldown so you stay in a boost of some kind. Kinetic Burst on Speeder Bike is a later spend. Combat: still a racer, but Battery so you can fire Abilities, plus Shield or Ion Shot, plus shunts into walls. Resilience waits until later planets dump corrosion on you — it is not Act 1’s first point.
Public copy says about 14 Racer Styles. This wiki will not mint the other names from a recap overlay. Unlock more Styles by finishing Tours; they can also level as permanent growth. If the Style screen is still thin on hour one, pick Landspeeder, spend Cornering, and treat Style as a later multiplier.
The next section labels which names are HUD-safe and which are press slang — that is the gap most searchers trip on.
Press and previews used shorthand. Some of those strings may match a HUD row later; until a dump, treat them as labels, not a complete official roster. STAR WARS: Galactic Racer builds pages that paste all 14 as fact are guessing.
| Label | Source type | What it usually means | Use on this wiki |
|---|---|---|---|
| Afterburner | Preview / recap direction | Repeat boost, battery, chain after Drift | Direction — confirm HUD name |
| Cooled | Preview / recap direction | Heat dump, longer legal Ramjet | Direction — confirm HUD name |
| Ramjet Rider | Review play description | Live on primed burst / shunts | Unofficial until HUD |
| Redliner | Review play description | Hold systems in the red on purpose | Unofficial until HUD |
| Firebug | Review play description | Heat / Ramjet flavor, not a confirmed title | Unofficial until HUD |
| Survivor | Review play description | Crash budget, Shield, Resilience | Unofficial until HUD |
Open the Style card and copy the printed name, starting Ability, and trait. If a stream overlay says Redliner and the card says something else, the card wins. Do not rename a kit after a recap just to match a search.
Jakku wrecks punish Ramjet greed. Ando Prime ice can dump heat while a burst is live. Sentinel fog and tight gaps punish Autopilot-less speed kits. Pair Style to tracks, not to a generic “meta” screenshot.
Once the Style slot is honest, the thing that actually bricks a Tour is the Parts board.
Hibi Esuufa sells and fits Parts in each planet paddock. Standard cap: five. Rarity and effects vary. Rewards after heats can also drop Parts as random choices — you pick what matches the kit you already committed to, not a fantasy endgame grid. Some Parts add a Fault: extra power with a tax (heat, Crash, handling). If you cannot pay Credits to clear a malfunction mid-run, do not slot the Fault.

| If your Tour is… | Prioritize Parts that… | Skip / delay |
|---|---|---|
| Speed (Afterburner / Ramjet chain) | Extend Ramjet, cool heat, help Cornering | Combat-only weapons you never fire |
| Combat (shunts / takedowns) | Protect on contact, feed Ion Shot / Battery | Pure top-speed with no Shield |
| Crash-1 / Token scare | Resilience, Shield synergy, fewer Faults | Greedy Faults you cannot afford to fix |
| Unknown track, Act 1 | Autopilot synergy, crash-avoid | Late-game Surge toys |
| Bool / Act closer coming | Whatever already stacked — do not rebuild at 4/5 slots | A sixth Part that does not exist |
Empty slots on Act 3 closer are worse than a modest five. Filling four slots with junk Faults is worse than three clean Parts. Rank after a heat pays more temporary upgrade points — Parts you cannot take into the next Tour are a bad reason to spend the last Crash.
Abilities are the other active slot. They are not a sixth Part.
Matched by build plan, shared topics, and guide progression — not random related links.
Abilities are on-demand. Recaps name five: Shield, Autopilot, Ion Shot, Vent, Surge. Cooldowns, damage, and unlocks stay on the HUD — this wiki will not mint numbers. Early Tours unlock few; pick the job, then swap when a reward actually drops the one you wanted.

| Ability | Job | When it earns the slot | When it wastes the slot |
|---|---|---|---|
| Autopilot | Hold a line through a trap you have not learned | First playthrough, caves, multi-lap hard sectors | Wide salt flats you already know |
| Surge | Spend Ramjet fuel for a speed spike | Act 3 / Bool closer chase | Act 1 when you still miss Apex |
| Vent | Dump heat when Ramjet is in the red | Ramjet / Redliner-style kits, Act 2+ | Never using Ramjet |
| Shield | Soak contact / takedown return fire | Combat kits, packed Eliminator walls | Empty straights on a speed kit that already has Autopilot |
| Ion Shot | Disrupt a rival’s speed / handling | Combat / Mario-Kart-adjacent kits | Pure ghost-the-pack speed kits |
On a first Tour you do not know layouts. Autopilot is the crash-preventer that lets a speed kit take a corner they have not memorized, and it saves Parts from crash damage. Some recaps are unsure whether it starts unlocked — if it is in the paddock, take it. Multi-lap heats: pre-fire before the sector that already wrecked you.
Vent extends legal Ramjet once you live in the red. Surge is a closer tool, not an hour-one crutch. Combat kits care more about Battery so Shield / Ion Shot actually recycle. Do not copy a Bool-fight Ability onto Jakku qualifying.
Favors change the next run’s rules before any of this paddock work. That is the last loadout layer.
Favors slot before the run. They rewrite starting Credits, Tokens, or first-heat rewards. You unlock more by finishing Tours. Named examples in recaps: Darius’s Clandestine Aid and Sebulba’s Feet First. This page will not invent a third proper name.
| Favor | Public recap | Use when |
|---|---|---|
| Darius’s Clandestine Aid | Tied to Darius sliding Shade a Token he is not supposed to bankroll | You need extra entry / starting dirt for a greedy Act map |
| Sebulba’s Feet First | May grant an Ability after you finish the first race | You want Autopilot / Vent in slot faster than the shop |
| Unnamed Token Favors | Some Favors add League Tokens | You are one wreck away from Tour death |
| Unnamed Credit Favors | Some Favors pad starting Credits | You plan to buy repairs, not gamble mystery nodes broke |
You do not swap Favors mid-Act like a Part. Pick it with the Style. If Feet First is your plan, do not also spend the first paddock on a duplicate Ability you were about to be handed — confirm the card text in-game.
Campaign briefing: backers control Tokens, Darius is conflict-of-interest, and he still helps Shade. Clandestine Aid is that beat as a Favor, not a cheat menu. Cast context: characters.
When the Tour dies, you need to know what the Favor was buying versus what the run loot was.
STAR WARS: Galactic Racer builds split into run loot and keepers. Confuse them and you will defend a Fault Part with the last Crash. Confirm per mode — Campaign, Arcade, and PvP do not share one sack.
| Usually walks with the Tour | Often persists (confirm in-game) |
|---|---|
| Tour upgrade points on Afterburner / Ramjet / Cornering | Galactic Credits |
| Most fitted Parts for this run | Unlocked Part pool |
| This-route event choices | Unlocked Favors |
| Temporary malfunctions you never paid off | Racer Style unlocks / Style levels |
| Crash budget remaining | Some chassis growth |
| A League Token you forfeited | Multiplayer XP / cosmetics |
Higher race rank → more upgrade applications this Tour. Put them on Cornering and Ramjet duration for a speed kit, Battery for combat. Do not hoard points for a Part that is not in the shop.
Loadout done: beginner-guide for countdown launch and wreck-out, campaign for three-Act shape. PvP uses the same chassis language with different Token rules — multiplayer.
Public materials say about 14. This wiki does not invent the missing official names.
They appear as review / play descriptions. Treat them as unofficial until the Style HUD prints them. Afterburner and Cooled are preview directions, same rule.
Standard cap is five. Faults can tax the kit. Do not assume a sixth slot.
Recaps: Shield, Autopilot, Ion Shot, Vent, Surge. Exact unlocks stay in-game.
Darius’s Clandestine Aid and Sebulba’s Feet First. Feet First may grant an Ability after the first race — confirm the card.
Tour upgrades usually drop. Credits, unlocked Favors/Styles, and chassis growth can remain — confirm per mode.
Speed: Ramjet + Cornering + Autopilot. Combat: Battery + Shield or Ion Shot. Act 1 favors Autopilot either way.
First Tour habits: beginner-guide. Hull physics: vehicles.
